Physical Therapists

Rachel Moore - Physical Therapist

Rachel graduated from OU with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2013. Being awarded several scholarships, on the Dean’s Honor Roll, and the chair or co-chair of several fundraising organizations on campus kept her pretty busy during school, and we are blessed to have someone with that spirit and work ethic as part of our team. Rachel is married to the Assistant DA of Washita County, Anthony Moore. They have two beautiful children, Quinn (2yr) and Karsten (1yr). With two small children, Rachel barely has a moment of free time. When she isn’t chasing her kids around, she does enjoy doing crafts and sewing, traveling and shopping! She also enjoys being an active member of her church, Custer Avenue Church of Christ.
